促进南充城市土地市场健康发展的策略

摘　　要：土地出让收益是南充市财政收入的重要来源,土地市场的健康发展已经成为影响南充经济社会持续发展的重要因素。根据近年土地出让情况,南充应积极引导鼓励发展地产新业态,努力引进实力强劲的大型企业,完善土地储备与土地储备金制度,认真研究和推广年地租制度,盘活存量土地,科学制定出让价格,加强宣传,积极推介出让地块,对拟出让土地明确附加条件,着力转变理念,推动土地精细化管理。Land transfer income is an important source of Nanchong revenue, and the healthy development of landmarket has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of Nanchong＇s economy and society.According to the situation of land leasing in recent years, Nanchong should actively encourage the development of newproperties of real estate, hardly introduce powerful large enterprises, perfect the system of land reserve and landreserve, seriously study and promote the annual government rent system, scientifically set the selling price, activelypromote the transfer plots, definite additional conditions for the proposed transfer of land, promote the fine managementof land.
