摘  要:加强与国际顶尖研发机构、科技人才的国际科技合作,是提升我国科技国际话语权和影响力的有效途径,而国际科技合作项目是我国支持国际科技合作的重要工具。本文根据项目来源分类介绍了我国现行国际科技合作项目资助体系,其中重点分析了科技部、国家自然科学基金委员会资助的两大类国际科技合作项目,以期为广大科研工作者参与国际科技合作项目提供参考。Strengthening international scientific and technological cooperation with international top RD institutions and scientific and technological talents is an effective way to improve the international discourse power and influence of science and technology in China.International science and technology cooperation projects are important tools for China to support international scientific and technological cooperation.This article describes the current international science and technology cooperation project subsidy system based on the project source classification,which focuses on the analysis of two major international science and technology cooperation projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China,with a view to providing scientific research workers with participation in international scientific and technological cooperation projects.reference.
