摘 要:借助ANSYS软件建立含有裂纹钢管的有限元模型,分析裂纹附近应力场,对比维修前、后钢管应力分布情况,评估维修效果。分析表明:对于含不同类型的裂纹的构件,在受到载荷时裂纹尖端都是应力集中的地方,一般都是疲劳失效最先发生的地方;修补后裂纹附近应力集中明显减弱。In this paper, the finite element model of cracked steel pipe was established by means of ANSYS software. The stress field near the crack was analyzed, and the stress distribution of the steel pipe before and after the maintenance was evaluated and the affection of maintenance was evaluated. The analysis shows that for the components with different types of cracks, the stress concentration at the crack tip is always caused by loading, which is the first place where fatigue failure occurs. The stress concentration near the crack is obviously weakened after repair.
