摘　　要：结合大口径无缝不锈钢管生产工艺,从机组选型特点,针对性方案设计、控制方式等方面综合分析斜轧穿孔在该领域的应用。720穿孔机组采用新的机械结构提高了钢管质量及尺寸精度,工具更换更加省时省力,机组配置的人工智能交流界面使操作更加安全、简单、方便。In this paper, based on the production features of stain less steel seamless pipes with large diameter,cross roll piercing is analyzed comprehensively in the aspects of the characteristic of mill selection, scheme design and control method etc. New mechanical structure applied inφ 720 piecring mill greatly improves the quality and size precision of the pipe. Tool replacement is more time-saving and labor-saving. The AI control program and interface make sure the process of piercing be much more simple,safety and comfortable.
