同种异体右肺移植术后患者ICU监测1例的护理

摘　　要：对收治的1例单肺移植患者进行术后护理,具体措施包括预防感染、病情观察、呼吸监测及护理、并发症护理、免疫抑制剂的监测和护理、早期康复、营养支持及心理护理等。患者顺利度过急性排异、感染关,术后第16天转回普通病房,术后第49天康复出院。因此,对于肺移植患者,给予科学规范化的护理措施,是提高患者治疗效果,促进患者康复的有力保障。Postoperative care is provided for a single lung transplant patient undergraduate admission. Specific measures include prevention of infection, observation of disease, respiratory monitoring and care, complication care, monitoring and nursing of immunosuppressive agents, early rehabilitation, nutritional support and psychological care.The patient successfully passed the acute rejection and infection, and returned to the general ward on the 16 th day after operation.The patients were discharged after 49 days of operation.For patients with lung transplantation, to give scientific and standardized nursing measures can improve the patient＇s treatment and promote effective rehabilitation of patients.
