基于“互联网+”的医务人员廉洁教育档案管理实践

摘　　要：利用"互联网+"信息化手段,开发研究形成"十院智慧纪检APP(手机客户端)",并与医院廉洁教育档案管理有机结合,创新医务人员廉洁教育档案管理方式,将"三转"工作落到实处。通过"十院智慧纪检APP"上的"宣传大厅、互动大厅、巡检大厅"等功能,记录医务人员政策法规、政治理论学习情况、廉洁教育活动参与状况、廉洁教育考试完成情况等。基于"互联网+"的廉洁教育档案管理实践,推进了医院纪检工作信息化,促进了扩大廉洁警示教育覆盖面及提升廉洁警示教育有效性管理目标的实现,为营造医院廉洁行医的良好氛围提供了重要保障。Disciplinary inspection App of affiliated 10 th people＇s hospital was developed with the support of internet＋ technology. Combined with the probity education document management, the medical staff＇s probity education document management was innovated and the 3 transformation was carried out. With the function of publicity, communication and inspection of APP, the record of policy and politics study, probity education participation and test were saved on time. With the practice of internet＋ probity education, the coverage and effectiveness of probity education was promoted and gave a good environment for changing medical staff＇s behavior.
