生态城市综合评价指标体系的设计与应用——以福建省九地市为例

摘　　要：基于"五位一体"的总体布局和"五律协同"论,构建出一套适用于生态城市建设的综合评价模型,选取2015年福建省各地市的相关统计数据,利用线性加权法对福建省生态城市建设水平进行评价和分析。为福建省协同提升城市生态化发展水平,提出了健全生态保护与生态补偿机制、提升合作与协同发展能力、发挥地区产业布局与产业经济优势、发挥地区产业布局与产业经济优势等方面的对策建议。Based on the overall layout of the ＂ Five in One＂ and the ＂ Five-Laws Synergy＂ theory,a comprehensive evaluation model suitable for the construction of an eco-city was constructed. The relevant statistical data of various cities in Fujian in 2015 was selected and the linear weighting method was applied to the ecology of Fujian. In order to improve the level of urban ecological development in Fujian,it proposes sound mechanisms of ecological protection and ecological compensation,enhances cooperation and collaborative capabilities,gives play to the regional industrial layout and industrial economic advantages,and gives play to the regional industrial layout with industrial economic advantages and other aspects of countermeasures.
