江苏省县市经济效率及空间相关性分析

摘　　要：运用DEA模型和Malmquist生产率指数对2000—2015年江苏省县市经济效率及全要素生产率的演化进行了研究,并引入空间自相关探究了江苏省县市经济综合效率的空间集聚演化格局特征。结果表明:(1)江苏省2015年县市经济综合效率水平一般,存在明显的"南—中—北"空间结构,纯技术效率与综合效率之间存在正相关关系,规模效率水平较高。(2)全要素生产率呈波动上升趋势,变动趋势与全国TFP变化基本相同;县市TFP变化主要是源于技术进步的变化,但在实际经济发展中对投入要素的使用存在效率低下问题;规模效率对全要素生产率的影响较小。(3)综合效率空间集聚特征日益明显,L-L和H-H集聚区分布日益集中,H-H集聚区有明显的跨江扩散趋势。By using the DEA model and Malmquist productivity index,this paper studied the evolution of the economic efficiency and the total factor productivity of counties and cities in Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2015,and introduced spatial autocorrelation to explore the spatial clustering evolution pattern of Jiangsu Province’s comprehensive economic efficiency. The result showed：（1）The comprehensive economic efficiency of counties and cities in Jiangsu Province in 2015 was in the average level,and it presented an evident spatial structure ＂East-Middle-West＂. Pure technical efficiency was positively correlated to comprehensive efficiency,while the scale efficiency level was relatively higher.（2） From 2000 to 2015,the total factor productivity（ TFP） of county economy in Jiangsu Province appeared a fluctuated upward trend in overall,and the change of trend in Jiangsu Province was basically same as that of the national TFP change. The change of TFP of counties and cities in Jiangsu Province was mainly due to the change of the technological progress. However,the phenomenon of inefficient use of inputs existed in the actual economic development,while the scale efficiency in Jiangsu Province had a relatively small impact on the total factor productivity.（3）From 2000 to 2015,spatial agglomeration characteristic of comprehensive economic efficiency of counties and cities in Jiangsu Province became increasingly apparent. L-L and H-H agglomeration areas were becoming increasingly concentrated,showing an obvious tendency to spread outwardly,and H-H agglomeration areas had a clear trend of cross-river expansion. The range of L-H and H-L areas was decreasing.
