摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者随机尿蛋白肌酐比水平。方法:回顾性分析179例糖尿病及脑卒中患者的临床资料,按照疾病类型分为3组,2型糖尿病组(A组,n=60);2型糖尿病合并脑卒中组(B组,n=58)及脑卒中组(C组,n=61)的临床资料,比较不同组患者入院时随机尿蛋白肌酐比的水平。结果:2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者随机尿蛋白肌酐比水平较单纯2型糖尿病和单纯脑卒中患者高,出院时脑卒中患者功能恢复较好者随机尿蛋白水平较功能恢复较差者低。结论:2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的随机尿蛋白肌酐比水平较单纯的2型糖尿病及脑卒中患者更高,而随机尿蛋白肌酐比水平与脑卒中患者功能恢复情况相关。对尿蛋白的检测可能对2型糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的诊断和治疗提供临床线索。Objective： Analyzing the random urinary albumin/creatinine ratio（ UACR） level among in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus（ T2 DM） with stroke patients to provide clinical clues for diagnosis and treatment of these patients. Methods： Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 179 cases with T2 DM and stroke,which were divided into three groups according to the type of disease,the T2 DM group（ group A,n = 60）,T2 DM combined with stroke group（ group B,n = 58） and stroke group（ group C,n = 61）. Using relevant statistical methods to analyze the level of random UACR on admission in different group of patients. Results： The level of random UACR in T2 DM with stroke patients was higher than T2 DM patients or stroke patients. The level of random UACR in stroke with good outcome was lower than the poor outcome. Conclusion： The level of random UACR in T2 DM with stroke patients is higher than T2 DM patients or stroke patients,and the random UACR level is associated with functional recovery in patients with stroke. Detection of random UACR may be the clues for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in T2 DM and stroke.
