摘 要:通过在不同温度、盐度、溶氧量条件下孵化叶尔羌高原鳅受精卵,初步探讨叶尔羌高原鳅人工繁殖的孵化条件。本实验每组只设置一个变化因子,其余因子参照其他鱼类资料和前期所做的预实验结果相互结合设置参考值。实验结果表明,在温度变化对比中,在18~20℃叶尔羌高原鳅卵的孵化率较高,18℃孵化率最高;盐度变化条件下,盐度为3‰~4‰时,叶尔羌高原鳅卵的孵化率较高,盐度4‰孵化率最高;在溶氧设置变化时,溶氧偏高的条件下叶尔羌高原鳅卵的孵化率较高,溶氧12mg/L孵化率最高。初步探究叶尔羌高原鳅在进行人工繁殖时,孵化水体温度为18℃、盐度为3‰~4‰,溶氧为7~12 mg/L,在该条件下,该鱼的孵化率较高。同时为保护和开发养殖叶尔羌高原鳅奠定基础。The zygotes of Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis(Day) were incubated at different temperature,salinity and dissolved oxygen levels to provide the conditions for artificial propagation. There is only one variable in each group in this experiment,and the remaining factors were set up according to the bond of the data of the same species and the pre-experiment results. The results show that thehatching rate of the zygotes is comparative high at 18 ~ 20 ℃ in the comparison of the temperature change,and the temperature of the highest hatchability of the zygotes is 18 ℃. At the same time,the hatchability of the zygotes is comparative high at 3‰ ~4‰ of the salinity,and the salinity of the highest hatchability of the zygotes is 4‰. Furthermore,the hatchability of the zygotes is highest when the dissolved oxygen reach 12 mg/L. Therefore,the hatching rate of the zygotes is comparative high when the hatching conditions reach the above range. This study lays a theoretical foundation for the protection and development of the aquaculture of Triplophysa(Hedinichthys) yarkandensis(Day).
