基于因子分析的新疆生产建设兵团新型工业化综合评价研究

摘　　要：新型工业化是科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的工业化,其发展质量既要包含工业规模化传统城镇化指标,还需要增加工业效益化、绿色发展等工业化发展指标。文章通过选取工业规模质量、工业经济效益、绿色发展等三个层面18项指标因子,运用因子分析法从动态和静态两个角度分析了新疆生产建设兵团新型工业化发展水平,研究结果表明:1954年~2014年,兵团工业化经历了六个阶段且呈现平稳上升状态,期间存在一定幅度的波动,工业化发展质量不断增强;现阶段兵团各个师的新型工业化发展水平存在较大差异,且呈现"北强南弱、东强西弱"的区位空间分布。The new industrialization is a high technological content,good economic returns,low resource consumption,little environmental pollution and human resource advantages into full play of the industrialization,the quality of its development is to include the industrial scale traditional urbanization index,also need to increase the efficiency of the industrial development index,green development and industrialization. This article through the selection of industrial scale,industrial economic benefits,the quality of green development in three aspects and 18 index factors,using the factor analysis method from two aspects of static and dynamic analysis of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps of new industrialization development level,the results of the study show that： in 1954-2014 years,BINGTUAN industrialization has experienced six stages and show a steady rise the state,during the existence of a certain degree of volatility,the quality of industrialization increasing; there is a big difference in the development level of new-type industrialization stage of each division of the Corps,and present the location distribution of north and east strong,south and west weak.
