城镇化背景下的兵团各师人口协调度实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,新疆生产建设兵团城镇化进程取得了长足的进步,经济与"三化"水平显著提高,但人口发展方面的问题也随之而来:人口增长数量上呈现出不足趋势,人口比例失衡,人口素质有待提升。本文以兵团人口的协调发展为研究目标,运用主成分分析法对兵团各师人口的发展水平进行实证研究,选取兵团的十三个师(建工师除外)作为主要研究对象,构建符合评价兵团人口发展水平的指标体系,针对兵团人口发展中所面临的问题提出相关的建议和对策,为提高未来各师人口健康协调发展提供理论依据。In recent years,the urbanization of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has made great progress,the economy and the ＂three＂levels have increased significantly,but the population question comes： the population growth shows an inadequate tendency,population imbalance,the quality of the population needs to be improved. Based on the aim of coordinated development as the research target,using the principal component analysis for empirical research to analyze the development level of population,selecting thirteen divisions（except construction division） as the main object of study,this paper constructs an index system that is suitable to evaluate the Corps population development,proposes relevant suggestions and countermeasures aiming at the problems faced by Corps＇ population development,and provides theoretical basis for the Corps＇ Divisions to improve their coordinated healthy population development in the future.
