摘　　要：国内玻璃生产企业对玻璃中存在的裂纹、气泡等缺陷的检测技术仍然比较低下,针对这种情况,提出了基于OpenCV机器视觉的玻璃缺陷检测方案,利用面向对象的VC++平台,结合OpenCV机器视觉库和图像处理技术,实现了对玻璃缺陷的检测,使得玻璃检测的效率和准确率得到了很大提高.The detection technology of crack,bubble and other defects in glass is low in domestic glass production enterprises,so we put forward a scheme for the detection of glass defect.Using VC ＋＋ platform and combining the OpenCV library of machine vision and image processing technology,we realize the detection of glass defect and improve greatly the efficiency and accuracy for the detection of glass defect.
