从热毒痰瘀论治小儿过敏性紫癜

摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是儿童最常见的血管炎之一,易迁延反复。导师认为风、热、痰、瘀是本病发生的主要病因病机,痰瘀互结为反复发作之关键,病位主要在肺脾肾三脏。辨治重在辨标本缓急、虚实轻重、热毒痰瘀孰轻孰重,以判断疾病之转机,并结合小儿自身体质因素,防治结合。Allergic purpura is the most common childhood vasculitis , with the features of intricate etiopathogenisis and high recrudescency rate . Supervisor considers the main etiopathogenisis was ＂ wind＂ , ＂ hot＂ , ＂ luggies＂ .＂ blood stasis＂ related with ＂lung＂, ＂spleen＂ and ＂kidney＂ and the mixture phlegm with blood stasis is the key of disease - process. Treatment is mainly based on syndrome differentiation and Treatment considering the of weak and solid, asthenia in origin and superfiality. ＂luggies＂ and ＂ blood stasis＂ at the same time with physiologic and pathological characteristics and physical quality of children attaching most importance to precaution living up to integrate prevention and treatment.
