鲜益母草胶囊联合生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊联合生化汤治疗产妇产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:选取产后恶露不绝94例产妇为研究对象,随机将产妇分为观察组、对照组,其中对照组46例使用鲜益母草胶囊治疗,观察组48例加用生化汤,观察两组产妇恶露消失时间、血性恶露持续时间以及恶露量,比较治疗前后中医症候评分差异,统计治疗期间产妇出现的不良反应。结果:治疗后与对照组比较,观察组恶露消失快、血性恶露持续时间短、恶露量少,中医症候评分低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.3%,对照组为6.5%,两组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊联合生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝,患者症状改善明显,恶露持续时间、恶露量明显减少,且用药安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To Observe the clinical effect of XianYimucao capsule combined with Shenghua decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea Methods A total of 94 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea were selected. The subjects were randomly assigned to control group （46 cases） and observation group （48 cases） and took the Xian Yimucao Capsule alone and Shenghua Decoction plus Xian Yimucao Capsule, respectively. The disappearance time, duration and volume of lochia, TCM syndrome scores and adverse reac- tions were counted. Resultscomparison withe contrd group After treatment, the observation group had shorter disappearance time and duration of lochia, lower lochia volume and TCM syndrome scores （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The incidence of adverse reactions was 8. 3 in the ob- servation group and 6. 5 in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The Shenghua Decoction plus Xian Yimucao Capsule treatment of posepartum lochiorrhea can improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the duration of lochia, reduce the lochia volume, increase the clinical safety, and worthy clinical application.
