摘　　要：对氧化亚氮(笑气)生产技术和用途进行了分析研究,对比了两种最主要的生产工艺硝酸铵热分解法和工业尾气回收提纯法各自的优势,结合电子信息化产品的发展趋势,展望了高纯氧化亚氮在电子产品领域的应用前景。Production technology and application of nitrous oxide are studied. The advantages of the two main processes of ammonium nitrate thermal decomposition and industrial tail gas recovery purification are compared. Combined with the development trend of electronic information products,application prospect of high pure nitrous oxide in the field of electronic products is forecasted.
