维生素K4对获得性维生素K依赖性凝血因子缺乏症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨在获得性维生素K依赖性凝血因子缺乏症的患者中运用维生素K4口服制剂进行维持治疗的临床可行性。方法回顾性分析了24例确诊获得性维生素K依赖性凝血因子缺乏症的患者,静脉运用或肌注维生素K1治疗至临床出血停止、PT恢复正常后,其中9例改成维生素K4口服治疗,另15例则继续维生素K1静脉或肌注治疗,观察其临床出血表现、疗效及不良反应。结果在维持治疗2周后PT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且在维持治疗期间,维生素K4口服治疗组相对常规治疗组无明显肝毒性作用(P>0.05)。结论维生素K4口服维持治疗本病安全、有效、方便,患者依从性好,无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the availability of vitamin K dependent coagulation factor deficiency disease in patients with the clinical feasibility of vitamin K4 oral preparation for maintenance therapy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 cases with acquired vitamin K dependent coagulation factor deficiency in patients with intravenous or intramuscular injection stopped, PT after returning to normal, of which 9 cases changed cases of vitamin KI intravenous or intramuscular curative effect and adverse reactions. Results of vitamin K1 treatment to clinical bleeding into vitamin K4 oral treatment, another 15 injection to observe the clinical manifestations, hemorrhage, In the maintenance of PT after 2 weeks of treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）, and during maintenance treatment, oral vitamin K4 treatment group compared with that of conventional treatment group had no obvious toxicity to the liver （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Vitamin K4 oral maintenance therapy of this disease is safe, effective, convenient, with good compliance, no obvious adverse reactions.
