摘  要:为保障铁路接触网安全运行,需要对接触网技术参数进行有效检测。通过比较高速电气化铁路和普速电气化铁路在检测监测方面的不同之处,发现普速电气化铁路存在平顺性不高、公里标断链、软横跨漏拍、接触线高度跨度大、支柱排列无序、检测时间短等问题,根据检测监测原理提出减少曝光时间、取消GYK定位、提高灵敏度、加大拍摄范围、增加正反向标识、提报运行计划等调整策略,使得接触网悬挂状态检测车能运用于普速电气化铁路,保障铁路列车的稳定运行。The technical parameters of the Overhead Contact System(OCS) need to be tested effectively, in order to ensure safe operation of the railway OCS. This paper identifies the difficulties in applying the OCS suspended inspection vehicles to test the OCS on the ordinary speed electric railways caused by the following testing disadvantages over those of the high speed electric railways: worse ride comfort, missed kilometer signs and flexible spans, higher and longer-span contact lines, disordered backbone arrangement and less allowed testing time. In order to ensure safe railway operation by addressing the above-mentioned problems and enabling the application of the OCS suspended inspection vehicles on the ordinary speed railways, the paper proposes several adjustments in line with the theories on testing and monitoring, such as cutting down the exposure time, calling off GYK positioning, improving sensitivity, extending coverage, adding signs for both forward and backward directions and submitting operation plans.
