摘　　要：目的探讨自制SBAR模式交接单在全身麻醉手术患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法选取2013年11月至2014年10月在我院麻醉手术科实施全身麻醉手术的400例,根据患者入院时间将其分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用自制SBAR模式手术患者接送交接单规范转运交接流程,对照组使用传统交接方法完成转运交接流程。结果观察组由于转运交接不当导致的不良事件发生率、管道打折、滑脱发生例数及患者呼吸困难、呼吸骤停发生例数显著低于对照组,观察组患者满意度,医护人员工作满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用自制SBAR手术患者转运交接单,规范了手术患者的转运交接流程,提高了护理工作质量,促进了患者安全与健康。Objective To explore the application effect of homemade self-designed SBAR model interchange handover receipt on in transferring surgical patients with general anesthesia surgery patients with transshipment handover.Methods By convenience sampling,400 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was applied with self-designed SBAR model handover process and sheet,for transshipment handover,while the control group was applied with traditional process.Results The incidence of adverse events due to improper transit transfer,twisted pipes or,discounts,slippage,patients having happened cases and difficulty in breathing,breathing stop arrest in patients with cardiac arrest occurred in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Patients＇ satisfaction degree,job satisfaction of medical staff job satisfaction in observation group was were significantly higher than that of those in control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of homemade self-desinged SBAR model handover sheet in transferring surgical patients with general anesthesia urgery patients transfer receipt standardize the operation process of transferring and handover of insurgical patients with transshipment handover process,improve the quality of nursing and promoted the patient＇s patients＇ safety and health.
