摘 要:随着当前大量中国留学生的出现,有关互联网的使用,如何协助新一代中国留学生融入具对抗性的新环境的议题,值得研究深入探讨。本研究通过生命故事访谈法,收集35名留学生的社交媒体使用经验,并使用Nvivo 11对访谈资料进行编码分析。本研究发现,留学生的数字媒介的使用过程,普遍出现文化认同的冲突,在跨国界社会关系网的互动中,经由对自身文化和异文化的反省、文化调整等心理过程,多数留学生会发展出与侨居国社会疏离的认同策略,并透过社交媒体建构出远距离的离散文化认同。最后,本研究认为,数字媒体社会的运作,并未如麦克卢汉所预言,消解国界,促成地球村的实现。作为离散者的中国留学生早期在中国大陆的社交媒体使用经验与海外互联网文化形成新的"数字文化冲突",这加剧了"文化休克"现象,为离散者的社会融入带来新的挑战。With the current emergence of a large number of Chinese students studying aboard, issues related to the use of Intemet, and how the Internet helps the new generation of Chinese students overseas adapt to an confrontational environment are worth deeper discussion in the field of humanities and social sciences research. Through the life story interview method, this study collects social media experiences of 35 Chinese students studying aboard. Data is encoded and analyzed by Nvivo 11. The study finds that overseas Chinese students generally encounter cultural identity conflicts when networking online. Through several psychological processes such as cultural introspection of mother Culture and exotic culture, cultural adjustment, most overseas Chinese students develop a long distance and discrete cultural identity based on social media. Finally, this study concludes that the operation of the digital media society has not dissolved the national boundaries and facilitated the emergence of global village, which was predicted by Marshall McLuhan. Chinese diasporic students' previous social media experience in China's Mainland and overseas Internet culture collectively form a new 'digital cultural conflict', which aggravates 'cultural shock' and brings new challenges to the social integration of the diaspora group.
