摘　　要：本文对独立学院师资队伍的现状进行了分析、研究,以福建农林大学金山学院(国有民营模式)为例,从培养机制、发展机制、管理机制、保障机制等方面对独立学院师资队伍长效机制建设进行了探讨和实践。The current situation of teachers in independent college was analyzed in this study. Based on the Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the construction of long-term effective mechanism of the teaching staff in independent college were investigated and practiced from the aspects of the training mechanism,the development mechanism,the management mechanism,the guarantee mechanism,and so on.
