浅析城市化进程中城郊拆迁致富问题

摘　　要：城市化发展以来,大量的房屋拆迁带来了一系列社会问题,其中在城郊地带,土地的征收导致了一部分农民"一夜暴富",而在现代社会人们大多将关注的焦点放在拆迁带来的一系列社会问题上,却很少关注拆迁致富这个问题,文章就是从这个角度入手,讨论城郊拆迁致富问题是如何产生的,这些农民的经济条件富裕的同时,他们的心理和社会层面是否跟得上经济。面对这些问题,政府应该如何去做,致富的农民应该怎么去适应新的社会环境,怎样才能做到持续致富,这都是文章需要探讨的。Since the development of urbanization,housing demolition has brought about a lot of social problems,in the suburbs,the demolition of the land caused some farmer to become rich overnight. However,in the modern society,most people focus on the social problems brought by the demolition. People pay little attention to the problem of getting rich. The paper starts with this angle to discuss how to develop the problem of the urban demolition,and these farmers are financially well-off,their psychological and social dimensions are keeping with the economy. In the face of these problems,it is related with how should the government do it or the rich farmers adapt to the new social environment and how should they continue to become rich.
