摘 要:为了解决压力转料过程中转料终点难以准确判断的问题,提高生产效率,设计了一套压力转料自动控制系统。在分析系统硬件的基础上,提出转料终点的控制策略,建立转料过程中所需终点判断时间?的数学模型,解决了转料终点难以确定的问题。以S7-200PLC为控制核心,对现场信号进行采集、处理及设备的控制;以TP-1200触摸屏为人机界面,对现场设备进行操作与监控,实现了生产过程的自动化。该控制系统操作简便,控制精度高,使用可靠。In order to solve the problem that the end of transfer material is difficult to be accurately judged in the process of pressure transfer, and to improve production efficiency, a set of automatic control system of pressure transfer was designed. Based on the analysis of the system hardware, this paper puts forward the control strategy of the feed end point, establishes the mathematical model of the required time in the process of feeding, and solves the problem that the end of the material transfer is difficult to determine. The system takes S7-200 PLC as the control core to collect, process and control the equipment on the spot. With TP-1200 touch screen as man-machine interface, the operation and monitoring of field equipment are carried out. The automation of the production process is realized. The control system has the advantages of simple operation, high control precision and reliable use.
