摘  要:介绍了共腔稳频光源系统的设计原理,该系统可以产生经过稳频的本振光和可以大范围调谐的信号光作为标准信号,用于校准光调制分析仪的带宽、通道时延等参数。该光源系统中的本振激光器采用PDH稳频方法锁定到F-P超稳腔上,信号激光器采用偏频锁定的方法锁定到本振激光器上,最终实现将本振激光器和信号激光器的频率都锁定到超稳腔上。This paper introduces the design principle of the resonant frequency source system, which can generate the stabled frequency signal and the wide range of tuned signal light as the standard signal, the standard signal can be used to calibrate the bandwidth and channel delay of the optical modulation analyzer. The local oscillator laser in the light source system is locked to the F-P cavity by the PDH frequency stabilization method. The signal laser is locked to the local laser by the method of partial frequency locking, and the frequency of the local laser and the signal laser are finally locked to ultra-stable cavity.
