摘　　要：对新时期女大学生思想政治教育长效机制的发展现状进行分析,总结出思政教育基础投入缺乏、思政教育与实际有脱离以及思政教育的方式欠妥当的发展制约问题,并提出新时期女大学生思想政治教育长效机制的构建策略,以期实现新时期女大学生思想政治教育长效机制的有效构建和稳定发展。This paper analyzes the present development situation of long-acting mechanism of ideological and political education for female college students in the new period, summarizes some problems of restricting the development of ideological education like lack of infrastructure, detachment of the reality, improper education methods, and puts forward the strategy of constructing long-acting mechanism of ideological and political education for female college students in the new period, hoping to realize the effective construction and stable development of long-term mechanism of ideological and political education for female college students in the new period.
