摘 要:为满足城市社会车辆通行城市人行桥施工区的要求,往往需在其施工区域设置支架通行门洞,结合人行通道工程高架桥现浇箱梁工程实例,选择采用了"扣件式钢管满堂支撑架"与"临时保通门洞的钢框架支撑体系"组合式的模板支架系统。该人行通道工程高架桥桥宽20.0 m,上部结构采用单跨42.0 m预应力混凝土(C_50)简支箱梁,横断面中心梁高2.3 m。分析可知:落地钢管满堂架按照900 mm×900 mm×1 200 mm布设的同时还必须坚持计算与构造并重的设计原则;钢管柱加H型钢、工字钢分配梁搭设保通门架的方式,易于实现临时保通的使用要求,亦可成功解决大跨、宽幅、地形复杂、施工场地狭小等问题。During the construction of the pedestrian in the viaduct cast- insitu box girder, to meet the requirements of urban social traffic construction area, the support of access door opening should be used in the construction area , with the using of "bearing capacity of steel tube support frame" and "steel frame braced system of temporary access door opening" combined type support formwork sys- tem. The pedestrian the viaduct bridge is 20 meterwide , upper structure using single span prestressed concrete (C50) 42.0 m simply supported box girder, and transect center beam height is 2.3 meter high. It can be known that: the Ground - support type steel tube full hall frameaccording to the 900mm × 900 mm × 900mm was arranged, at the same time adhering to the principle of calculation and structure design; the way of Steel tube colnmnunite H style steeland I iron unite distributive girder of door frame for protection, was easy to realize the use of temporary door for protection. The results solve the complex terrain of large span, wide, and narrow construction site and other issues.
