摘　　要：结合赤峰市红山区现状,分析红山区道路存在的交通拥堵问题,并从人—车—路角度提出对策及建议。宣传交通安全法规及绿色环保通行意识;发展公共交通并改善交通服务水平;设置天桥及地下通道、打通断头路、实现道路的网格化,为赤峰市的社会经济持续发展提供理论依据。Combined with the situationof Hongshan District in Chifeng City, analysis of the traffic jam problems in Hongshan District, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of human - vehicle - road. Publicity of traffic safety regulations and awareness of green environmental protection; Developing public transport and improving traffic service level ; Setting up overpasses and underground passages, breaking through roads and realizing gridding of roads, to provide a theoretical basis for the sus- tainable development of the social economy in Chifeng City.
