妊娠期妇女用药咨询解析及安全用药3A法则的建立

摘　　要：目的:对妊娠期妇女用药咨询进行解析,建立安全用药法则,方便药师对育龄及妊娠期妇女用药咨询及宣教。方法:收集某院药物咨询室有价值的妊娠期妇女用药咨询案例,按照用药日期和咨询问题的种类进行回顾性分析统计,并建立不同孕期妇女安全用药法则。结果:孕早期(0~2周)的用药咨询比例最高,孕前期用药咨询比例最少。根据各个时期咨询问题的类型,建立了安全用药3A法则:孕前期——提前建立意识(Advance);孕早期(0~2周)——避免盲目决定(Avoid);孕早期(3周~3个月)和孕中、晚期——获得专业咨询(Acquire)。结论:3A法则可以提高育龄及妊娠妇女的安全用药意识,提升药物咨询的内涵。OBJECTIVE To analyze drug consultation for pregnancy and set up safe medication rules to help pharmacists counsel and carry out drug education for women during pregnancy. METHODS The drug consultation cases about pregnant women in our hospital were analyzed statistically by a retrospective method. The rule of safe medication was established. RESULTS The consultation ratio of the early pregnancy（ 0-2 weeks） was the highest and the ration of progestation was the lowest. According to the types of consultation questions in different periods,3 A law was founded： progestation-advance safe consciousness（ advance）; early pregnancy（ 0 to2 weeks）-avoid a blind decision（ avoid）; early pregnancy（ 3 weeks to 3 months）,mid pregnancy and late pregnancy-acquire professional advice（ acquire）. CONCLUSION The 3 A law establishment can improve the awareness pregnancy women on drug safety,enhance the connotation of drug counseling.
