摘　　要：对甲基亚磷酸二乙酯实验室的精馏条件进行了研究,在使用1m长的精馏柱,拉西环为填料,回流比为3∶1,真空度为5000Pa,塔底温度为100℃,塔顶温度为60℃的条件下,精馏得到的产物纯度达94%,满足工业生产草铵膦的要求。Distillation conditions on methyl phosphite ester was selected.By using the condition of 1 m distillation column,raschig ring packing,the reflux ratio was 3 ∶1,vacuum degree of 5000 Pa,the tower bottom temperature is 100℃,the temperature of 60℃,distillation product purity up to 94%.The method meets the needs of industrial production.
