摘　　要：简要介绍了三甘醇二异辛酸酯的生产工艺,并对国内三甘醇二异辛酸酯合成所用催化剂情况进行分析,提出使用氯化亚锡作为主催化剂,二氧化钛与活性炭作为助催化剂的新型催化体系,该体系可减少副反应,提高产品纯度,降低生产成本;同时介绍了异辛酸的回收工艺。This paper briefly introduces the production process of the triglycol dioctate,and the analysis of the catalyst used domestically to catalytic synthesis the triglycol dioctate,putting forward a new catalytic system using stannous chloride as the main catalyst,titanium dioxide and activated carbon as cocatalyst which can reduce adverse reaction,improve product purity,and to further reduce the production cost.The paper introduces the recovery process of isooctanoic acid also.
