摘  要:硅树脂是一种主链为Si-O-Si,具有高度交联结构的热固性聚硅氧烷聚合物,其独特的分子链结构使得硅树脂不仅是一种耐高低温、耐老化和耐氧化的材料,同时也是一种无卤环保阻燃材料。硅树脂作为阻燃材料不仅可以提高高分子材料的热稳定性能和阻燃性能,还不会影响高分子材料的可加工性和机械性能。硅树脂在燃烧过程中不会产生卤化氢等有毒气体,因此作为一种高效无卤环保阻燃材料已日益得到科研人员的关注。阐述了近年来硅树脂阻燃剂国内外的发展概况,着重介绍了硅树脂作为阻燃添加剂和阻燃涂层对高分子材料阻燃性能的影响规律及其阻燃机理。Due to the main chain of Si-O-Si and the connection of special structure of organic groups on the silicon atoms,silicone resin is not only a kind of materials with high and low temperature resistance,aging resistance and oxidation resistance,but also a kind of halogen-free and environmental friendly flame retardant materials. Silicon resin as a flame retardant material not only can improve the thermal stability and flame retardant performance of polymer materials,but also does not affect the processing and mechanical properties of polymer materials. Silicon resin does not produce toxic gas such as hydrogen halide during the combustion process. Therefore,as an efficient halogen-free and environmental friendly flame retardant material,silicon resin has increasingly attracted the attention of researchers. This article reported the development of silicone resin flame retardants in recent years at home and abroad,and emphatically introduced the influence of silicone resin as flame retardant additives and flame retardant coatings on flame resistance performance and flame retardant mechanism of polymer materials.
