摘　　要：邓小平关于农业"两个飞跃"理论科学揭示了中国农村生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动规律,从根本上指明了适度规模经营是中国农业发展的制度变革与路径选择。重温邓小平农业"两个飞跃"重要理论,对于加快推进乡村振兴战略具有深远意义。当前,中国农业已经进入生产方式层面的适度扩大规模经营阶段,处于实现农业现代化的关键期,亟需提升农业生产技术的现代化,转向农业生产经营的社会化,在家庭联产承包责任制的基础上进行农村土地制度的创新,从小规模分散经营转变为适度规模经营,促进中国农业的"第二个飞跃"。在这一过程中,应坚持农村土地集体所有制不动摇和循序渐进原则,坚持走合乎中国情况的道路,继续深化农业农村改革。Deng Xiao-ping's thoughts on"Two Leaps"in agriculture scientifically uncovers the rule of the contradictory movement of productivity and production relations in rural China and indicates appropriate scale of rural operation is fundamental to the institutional transformation and pathway selection of China's agricultural development. Reviewing Deng Xiao-ping's thoughts on"Two Leaps"in agriculture at present is sure to impose a profound importance on accelerating the strategy of rural revitalization. Chinese agriculture has entered the phase in need of appropriate expansion of operational scale for production mode, namely a key stage for agricultural modernization. It calls for further modernizing agricultural production technologies, socializing agricultural production and management, innovating rural land system on the basis of Household-responsibility system, transforming from small-scaled decentralized operation to appropriate-scaled operation, and promoting the"second leap"in Chinese agriculture. We shall unswervingly stick to collective ownership of rural land and the principle of progressive improvement, adhere to the pathway compatible with China's situation, and further agricultural andrural reforms.
