摘 要:目的探讨纳米磁性药物载体2,2’-联吡啶(2,2’-dipyridyl)磁性白蛋白纳米粒(MNA-DPD)的制备工艺并分析其物理性能。 方法应用化学反应制备纳米级的磁流体(Fe3O4),用热处理法将人血浆蛋白质和2,2’-联吡啶分散在磁流体中,在高速超声搅拌下加热,使蛋白质稳定,得到蛋白质包覆的生物相容性MNA-DPD。进一步分析MNA-DPD磁响应性、磁特性、靶向性和分散性。 结果成功制备稳定的纳米级的MNA-DPD,其平均粒径(D)=131.3 nm。物理性能分析结果显示,制备出的MNA-DPD具有良好的磁响应性、磁特性、靶向性、分散性。 结论用热处理法可以制备纳米级、具有良好磁响应性、磁特性、靶向性、分散性的MNA-DPD。ObjectiveTo explore the method of preparing the magnetic nanoparticle- albumin-2, 2’-dipyridyl (MNA-DPD) and to analyze their physical property. MethodsPrepare the MNA-DPD using heat treatment method: The human plasma albumin and 2, 2’-dipyridyl were dispersed in the magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4). Steady the protein by heat treatment and stiring with ultrasound. Then biocompatible MNA-DPD was acquired. Analyzed the magnetic responsibility, magnetic character, targeting and dispersibility of MNA-DPD. ResultsThe MNA-DPD whose mean diameter was 131.3 nm were successfully prepared. The MNA-DPD had good magnetic responsibility, magnetic character, targeting and dispersibility. ConclusionThe MNA-DPD can be prepared by heat treatment method. The MNA-DPD was of nanoscale and had good magnetic responsibility, magnetic character, targeting and dispersibility, and ti may provide new methods for the treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
