摘 要:采用微米曝气对超滤膜出水通入臭氧进行深度处理,系统探讨了不同投加量(30、50、100、120 mg/L)及曝气孔径(5、10、20、30μm)对出水p H值以及COD、TOC、TN去除效果的影响。结果表明:在相同曝气孔径下,出水p H值随着臭氧投加量的增大而降低;当臭氧投加量为30mg/L时,出水p H值随着曝气孔径的增大而降低,而投加量≥50 mg/L时,出水p H值随曝气孔径的增大而升高。曝气孔径为30μm时对COD的去除效果相对最好,且该孔径下COD去除率随着臭氧投加量的增加而逐渐升高。臭氧对TOC的去除率小于对COD的去除率;曝气头孔径越小、臭氧投加量越大,对TOC的去除率越高。当臭氧投加量为120 mg/L时,对TOC的去除率为15.2%。臭氧对TN的去除率较其对COD和TOC的去除率低,TN去除率与臭氧投加量并没有明显的一致性规律。Advanced treatment of the effluent from ultrafihration membrane using micron ozone aeration was researched. The influences of different ozone aeration dosage (30 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 120 mg/L) and apertures (5μm, 10 μm, 20 μm, 30 μm) on effluent pH and removal efficien- cy of COD, TOC and TN were investigated. The results showed that the effluent pH decreased as the ozone dosage increased at the same aperture. When the ozone dosage was 30 mg/L, the effluent pH decreased as the apertures increased. When the ozone dosage was more than or equal to 50 mg/L, the effluent pH increased as the apertures increased. The removal of COD reached peak efficiency (26.8%) when aperture was 30μm, and the removal efficiency of COD increased with the increasing of ozone dosage. The removal efficiency of TOC was less than that of COD, small aperture and large ozone were beneficial to TOC removal. When ozone dosage was 120 dosage mg/L, the removal rate of TOC was 15.2%. The removal efficiency of TN was lower than those of COD and TOC. The ozone dosage demonstrated minimal influence on TN removal.
