摘  要:ABS树脂生产废水是典型的高浓度难降解工业废水,胶乳和总磷含量高,达标困难。采用混凝工艺对ABS树脂废水进行破乳除磷研究,对混凝剂种类进行筛选和复配,并对混凝剂投加量、复配质量比以及p H值和温度等工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,混凝对ABS树脂废水的破乳和除磷过程紧密相联,投加适当的混凝剂可实现胶乳与磷的同步去除。Al2(SO4)3与Fe Cl3为最适混凝剂,两种药剂复配投加具有协同作用,在较低投加量下就能取得较好的破乳除磷效果。优化后的混凝剂复配质量比为1∶1、p H值为8、温度为25~45℃。ABS resin wastewater contains high concentration of latex and phosphorus, and is difficult to reach the newly issued discharge standards. To improve the removal efficiency of pollutants, coagulants were screened and compounded. The operating conditions, including dosage, compound ratio, pH and temperature, were optimized. The process of coagulation demulsification showed close interaction with the process of phosphorus removal. The synchronous removal of latex and phosphorus was achieved under certain coagulant dosage. Al2 ( SO4 ) 3 and FeCl3 were suitable coagulants, and the compound coag- ulant demonstrated synergistic effect. Using lower dosage of the compound, latex and phosphorus a- chieved similar removal efficiency to applied individually. Optimized coagulation conditions were com- pound mass ratio 1 : 1, pH = 8, and 25 - 45℃.
