我国城市社区高等教育管理反思与优化

摘　　要：为在新时期进一步提升我国城市社区高等教育管理的现代化水平,文章梳理了我国城市社区高等教育管理的发展历程,分析了当前我国城市社区高等教育管理中存在的问题与成因,并从树立现代化城市社区高等教育管理目标、构建现代化城市社区高等教育管理体制、搭筑现代化城市社区高等教育管理平台、创新现代化城市社区高等教育管理投入机制、建设现代化城市社区高等教育管理队伍等五个方面提出改进建议,力争为当前我国城市社区高等教育管理改革提供参考。In order to further enhance the level of modernization of our higher education management in urban community in the new period,this paper reviews the development process of China’s higher education management in urban community,and analyzes the current problems and causes of our higher education management in urban community. Strive for providing references for the reform of our higher education management in urban community,we put forward suggetstions for improvement in the following five aspects： Set up a modern urban community higher education management goal; To build a modern urban community higher education management system; Build a modern urban community higher education management platform; Innovate modern urban community higher education management input mechanism; Construct modern urban community higher education management team.
