摘  要:"一带一路"视域下中国外语教育政策调整问题的若干思考与规划研究,从外语教育政策的制定、实施、评估与分析等方面着手,深入剖析了中国传统外语教育政策筹划的优势与不足,揭示了中国外语教育政策的未来去向,探索性地提出一系列服务于"一带一路"宏伟蓝图、兼具中国特色外语教育政策调整问题的对策和建议,其意义并不只是局限于"一带一路"语言文化资源的教育领域,而是直接与国家发展战略高度的核心利益和创新路径相关联。From the perspective of"One Belt And One Road",a number of thinking and planning studies on the policy adjustment of Chinese foreign language education have been done. From the foreign language education policy formulation,implementation,evaluation and analysis,this paper deeply analyses advantages and disadvantages of Chinese traditional foreign language education policy planning,and reveals the future of China’s foreign language education policy. This paper also proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions on the policy adjustment with Chinese foreign language education’s characteristics,which can serve the blueprint for"One Belt And One Road"better. Its significance is not only limited to education domain of language and culture strategic resources in"One Belt And One Road",but it also directly related to the core interest and innovation path of national development strategy.
