摘　　要：扩径组件是宝钢UOE钢管厂扩径生产线上的核心部件,该相关重要备件均由德国西马克公司进口,进口扩径组件的价格十分昂贵同时德国公司又封锁产品的相关制造及性能参数信息。本文介绍了扩径组件中最核心的两种零件:扩径椎体和增径板的国产化研制的一些过程及方法。扩径组件已顺利完成了国产化研制并成功投入使用。Expanding equipment is the core component of Baosteel UOE expanding mill which is consisted of expanding pyramid and expanding plates. The expanding equipments have been imported from SMS. The import price is very expensive and the German company blockades the related information of the products. In this paper, some processes and methods for localization of expanding pyramid and plate were introduced, which are the two core parts of expanding component. Expanding equipment has successfully completed and successfully put into use
