摘　　要：本文分析了皮尔格(亦称周期)冷轧辊孔型的几何特征,提出了利用数控车削方法加工的方案,从提高精度和效率的角度对加工路径进行了比较选择,对工作曲线进行了优化设计,采用了较为高效的组合拟合曲线方法,取得了良好的使用效果。The geometric features of Periodic Type cold roll pass was analyzed, and a method for machining of CNC turning was present in this paper. The machining path was selected from improve the accuracy and efficiency, the working curve was optimized design, a more efficient combination fitting curve method is adopted to achieve good effect.
