摘　　要：热轧地下卷取机卷筒是热轧板带生产线的核心部件之一,连杆—柱楔式卷筒是目前国内、外应用最广泛的热轧卷筒。热轧卷筒工作环境恶劣,卷筒在使用过程中易出现异常状况,卷筒的工作状况将直接影响生产线的生产效率。本文对连杆—柱楔式卷筒工作时易出现的异常状况进行了分析并介绍了相应的应对措施。The mandrel of hot rolled down coiler is one of the core parts of hot rolling strip production line, and the mandrel with rod - plunge wedge is the most widely used in hot rolling mill at home and abroad ＇currently. Due to the adverse operating environment, mandrel appeared abnormal condition or sudden faulted in the process of running, The working condition of the mandrel directly affected the efficiency of the production line. In this paper, the reason of such common cases were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward.
