社会技术与社会技术悖论浅析

摘　　要：社会技术的物质二重性决定了社会技术悖论的存在和基本属性,在对社会技术、自然技术和社会伦理综合分析的基础上,认为社会技术悖论是始终存在社会发展过程中的社会技术所带来的积极影响和消极影响,具有原则上的开放性、技术应用中的依赖性以及技术现象本身的非确定性等特征。并基于卢曼的社会系统理论对社会技术悖论的规约进行了展望。The material duality of social technology determines the existence and basic of the social technological paradox. Based on the comprehensive analysis of social technology,natural technology and social ethics,this paper argues that the social technology paradox is always exists in the process of social development with the positive and negative impact. The social technological paradox is characterized by openness in principle,dependence on technical applications and non-deterministic nature of technological phenomena. And then,based on Luhmann's social system theory,the prospect of social technology paradox stipulation is prospected.
