摘 要:当前变电站充油设备在真空取样中总遇到模具型腔填充效果不合适,有效性差的问题。针对上述问题,项目团队验证了新型的取样铸造模具,计算机软件虚拟实验结果表明:当设计模具控制在70摄氏度左右时能够非常好的实现齿轮型腔的填充;在模具熔体控制表现为30、40摄氏度情况下时,齿轮型腔的填充的效果也非常显著;当将模具真空度设置为50帕斯卡情况是,齿轮型腔的填充的效果较好。此外换热系数达到1100左右情况时,填充效果也非常好。上述研究对于微精密铸造技术的具有一定的借鉴意义。At present, the filling effect of mold cavity is not suitable and the efficiency is poor in the vacuum sampling of substation oil filling equipment. In view of the above problems, the project team verified the new sampling casting mold. The computer software virtual experiment results show that: when the design mold is controlled at about 70 degrees Celsius, the filling of the gear cavity can be realized very well; The filling effect of the gear cavity is also very remarkable when the mold melt control is 30 - 40 degrees Celsius, and the filling effect of the gear cavity is better when the mold vacuum is set to 50 Pascal. In addition, when the heat transfer coefficient is about 1100, the filling efficiency is obtained. The fruit is also very good. The above research has certain reference significance for the micro-precision casting technology.
