摘 要:流速仪检定需要拟合转子转速与水流速度之间的函数关系,常用的数据处理软件功能强大,但不适合工业应用。为此,提出基于VBS脚本的WinCC与Excel工业数据处理,采用VBS脚本程序编程将WinCC监控界面中的流速仪转子转速信号和水流速度信号实时数据写入到Excel中,运用Excel表格与公式编辑进行实时数据处理,重点介绍了WinCC与Excel实时数据传输与Excel实时数据处理的实现方法。运行结果表明,系统稳定可靠,操作简单,满足流速仪检定性能要求。系统的成功应用,满足企业对检定数据处理的要求,具有成本低、操作简单的优点,为类似工程应用提供参考。The function relation between the rotor speed and the flow velocity should be fitted for the requirement of current meter calibration, although the common data processing software is powerful but it is not suitable for industrial application. So the data processing industry by WinCC and Excel which is put forward based on VBS script, and the real-time data of current meter rotor speed signal and flow velocity signal is written which appears on WinCC monitoring interface to Excel by the VBS script programming, and Excel spreadsheet and formula editing are used for real-time data processing, the method of real-time data transmission and Excel real-time data processing of WinCC and Excel are mainly introduced. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the operation is simple. The successful application of the system meets the requirement of enterprises to deal with the verification data, has the advantages of low cost and simple operation, and provides reference for similar engineering applications.
