摘 要:针对质量屋构建过程中需求信息的不确定性、模糊性及动态性,提出基于直觉模糊集的顾客需求竞争优先度及灵敏度分析方法。分析过程中充分考虑决策者的异质性,初始评估信息以多种形式给出,并最终一致化为直觉模糊集;提出基于顾客需求偏好的改进Kano模型,用于确定顾客需求的修正系数;集结一致化的初始评估信息及修正系数进行顾客需求的综合竞争性分析;考虑顾客需求的动态特征,对顾客需求竞争性进行灵敏度分析。以某科技公司的软件系统的顾客需求竞争性及灵敏度分析为例,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。In terms of the requirements information's uncertainty,fuzziness and dynamics in the process of constructing house of quality,a method for analyzing customer requirements'priority ratings and sensitivity based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets was proposed.By considering the decision-maker's heterogeneity fully,the initial evaluation information was given in various forms,and eventually unified into an intutionistic fuzzy set.An improved Kano model based on customer requirements preference was proposed to determine the correction factor of customer requirements.The initial evaluation information with correction factor were integrated to analyze the comprehensive priority ratings of customer requirements.A sensitivity analysis was made for the priority ratings of customer requirements with consideration of customer requirements'dynamic characteristic.An analysis of customer requirements'priority ratings and sensitivity of a technical company's software system were taken as the example to certify the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method.
