摘 要:在家庭驯养虎皮鹦鹉条件下,历经6年时间,培育了四代共139只鹦鹉,其中自然繁育一代,人工干预繁育两代,分别进行了样本自交、杂交与测交对于性状分离的实验,获得了羽毛颜色改变的不同结果,并据此深入分析了显性和隐性基因遗传性状,列出相关进化及演变关系。实验证明:将具有潜在隐性基因遗传性状的鹦鹉进行杂交和测交,其后代羽毛颜色会发生改变,通过精心选择,使得隐性基因遗传性状得以呈现,可以获得所期望的羽毛颜色。In the domesticated budgies,after a period of six years,a total of 139 parrots of four generations were bred,of which one generation was naturally bred and two generations were intervened artificially.The experiment of selfing,crossbreeding and crossbreeding for trait separation was conducted to obtainfeather color changes in different results.The dominant and recessive genetic traits were analyzed in depth and the related evolutionary and evolutionary relationships were listed.Experiments show that:the parrot with potential recessive genetic traits is crossed and tested for cross-breeding.The color of its offspring feathers will change.Through careful selection,the hereditary traits of recessive genes can be presented and the desired feather color can be obtained.
