摘 要:左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)是一种生物可降解材料,具有较高的强度和刚性,但脆性大的缺点限制了PLLA的应用。简述了PLLA/热塑性弹性体(TPE)/纳米填料三元共混物的研究进展,通过添加小分子增塑剂或热塑性弹性体改性PLLA的脆性,进一步就三元共混体系特别是共混物的相容性进行了介绍,对三元共混物在结晶性能、流变性能及TPE合成方面的发展方向提出了几点建议。As a biorenewable, biodegradable and biocompatible polyester, poly (L-lactide)(PLLA) possesses high modulus and stiffness. However, neat PLLA exhibits inherent brittleness and weak notched impact strength, which has been a major drawback for its large-scale commercial applications. The research progress of PLLA, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and nanofillers (NFs) ternary blends was reviewed. The modification of PLA with small molecules plasticizer and TPE,the phase behavior of PLLA blending with TPE and NF was also further clarified.The rheological property, crystallization property and TPE synthesis of PLLA/TPE/NFs ternary blends system were three development ways, some suggestions for which were put forwarded at finally.
