摘 要:采用静电纺丝方法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)锂离子电池隔膜,将其热压处理,探讨纤维直径、热压处理参数对隔膜力学性能、孔隙率和吸液率的影响。结果表明:在145℃、0.04MPa的条件下热压处理2h,直径约为800nm的隔膜拉伸强度为16.6MPa,孔隙率为18.9%,吸液率为260.7%;纤维直径在200~800nm的隔膜,直径越大,孔隙率越大,吸液率也越大。The separator of PVDF lithium ion battery was prepared by electrospinning.The membrane was hot pressed to study the effect of fiber diameter and hot press treatment parameters on the mechanical properties, porosity and liquid absorption rate of the separator.The results showed that the separator with fiber diameter of about 800 nm was hot pressed at 145℃ and 0.04MPa for 2h,which had high porosity of 18.9% and tensile strength was 16.6MPa. Fiber diameter of separator was in the 200~800nm range, the greater the diameter,the greater the porosity, the greater the rate of liquid absorption.
