摘 要:研究了不同类型促进剂2-硫醇基苯并噻唑(M)、六次甲基四胺(H)、N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(CZ)和四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物(TMTD)及其含量对废胶粉/乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE)弹性体交联密度、拉伸强度、断面形貌及动态流变的影响。结果表明:促进剂含量增加,弹性体交联密度不断上升,拉伸强度先增大后减小,CZ含量为1.2%(wt,质量分数,下同)时拉伸强度达到最大,为10.6MPa。随角频率(ω)增大,所有弹性体复数黏度(η~*)、储能模量(G′)和损耗模量(G″)都增大,损耗因子(tanδ)先增大后减小;含1.2%CZ的弹性体tanδ最小,内耗小,使用寿命长。The effect of the different type(CZ, M, TMTD and H) and content of promoters on the crossing density,tensile strength, SEM and dynamic rheology of waste rubber powder/ethylene-1-octene copolymer (POE) elastomer were investigated.The possible mechanism of promoter CZ accelerating crosslinking reaction was analyzed. The result showed that with promoter content increased, the crossing density increased constantly, while the tensile strength increased firstly,then decreased gradually.The maximum of elastomer tensile strength appeared in 1.2% CZ were 10.6MPa.With co increased,G′,Grand G″ of all elastomers increased, while tans increased firstly, then decreased gradually.TanS of elastomer with 1.2% CZ was the minimum,the internal friction was less,service life was longer.
