摘 要:通过采用溶液聚合法合成了含有全氟烷基的甲基丙烯酸酯类聚合物并用于织物的疏水整理,成功制备了具有超疏水性能的棉织物。利用红外光谱、核磁共振、扫描电子显微镜等手段对高聚物的结构及形貌进行表征,讨论了摩擦次数及皂洗次数对接触角的影响,随后考察了织物在整理前后的疏水特性以及白度、透气性、折皱回复角、断裂强力等性能的变化。结果表明:整理后棉织物与水的接触角可达到160°以上,断裂强力经向、纬向分别达到644N、334N,经5次水洗或50次摩擦后织物仍能保持超疏水性能,而且整理后织物基本保持了原有的特性,只是透气性能和白度略微下降,断裂强力和折皱回复角有所上升。The (meth) acrylic polymer containing perfluoroalkyl groups was synthesized by solution polymerization. The product was used in hydrophobic finishing for fabrics, providing cotton fabrics with superhydrophobic property.Subsequently, the polymer structure and morphology were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and SEM.The influence of friction times and the time of soap washing on the contact angle was discussed.In addition, some property changes of fabric before and after finishing were also studied, including the superhydrophobicity, whiteness,permeability,wrinkle recovery angle and breaking strength. The results showed that the contact angle of treated fabric was able to reach 160°, the warp and weft breaking strengths were 644N and 334N respectively.The fabric can maintain a higher hydrophobicity after washing 5 times or friction 50 times. Moreover, the finished fabric can basically maintain the original characteristics, but the breathability and whiteness may decline slightly, and the breaking strength and wrinkle recovery angle may have some increase.
