摘 要:以膜生物反应器(MBR)为预处理工艺,构建MBR-NF(纳滤)组合系统处理居民生活污水,考察MBR作为NF预处理的可行性,分析纳滤膜出水水质,基于全指标评价系统产水用于再生水回用的适用性。结果表明:MBR作为纳滤的预处理是安全可行的。MBR-NF组合工艺产水中主要水质指标CODCr<10mg/L、TOC 0.1~0.8mg/L、NH_4^+-N 0.11~0.35mg/L、TN 45.1~62.3mg/L、NO_3^--N 44~58.2mg/L、TP 0.04~0.15mg/L;总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌均未检出,菌落总数为21 CFU/m L;砷、镉、铬(六价)等金属毒理指标大部分低于分析检出限;三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、一氯二溴甲烷等有机毒理指标也全部低于分析检出限;氰化物和氯化物浓度低于分析检出限,氟化物浓度为0.29mg/L。除NO_3^-N、TN指标外,其他指标均满足《城市污水再生利用》系列标准和《生活饮用水卫生标准》。The combined MBR-NF process,that applies MBR technology as a per-treatment process,was set up for direct treatment of domestic wastewater.The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of MBR system as a pretreatment process,estimate the effluent water quality of the MBR-NF process,and evaluate its applicability based on the analysis of 79 indicators.The result showed that MBR effluent was suitable as a pre-treatment for NF.The main water quality indexes of the MBR-NF were as followed: CODCr 10 mg/L,TOC 6.9 - 7.8 mg/L,NH4-+-N 0.1 - 0.3 mg/L,TN 45.1 - 62.3 mg/L,NO3---N 44 - 58.2 mg/L,TP 0.04 - 0.15 mg/L.The total coliforms,heat-resistant coliform bacteria,and Escherichia coli were not detected; the total number of colonies was 21 CFU/m L; the most metal toxicology indexes such as As,Cd,and Cr+ 6 were much lower than the detection limits.The organic toxicology indexes such as chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,chlorine dibromomethane were all lower than the detection limit.The concentration of the cyanide and chloride were also lower than the detection limit.The concentration of fluoride was 0.29 mg/L.Totally,in addition to NO3---N,TN index,other indexes met the series standard of The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water and Standards for Drinking Water Quality in China.
